RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within an extended period of 30 days from receipt of your order. Exchanges and returns are quick and easy to arrange.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation here.

  • TERMS

    _ You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.

    _ Items must be in perfect condition, with their original tags and accompanied by the order slip.

    _ If you are sending items back, please use the original packaging.

    _ If your order has not yet been prepared, you can cancel it using our withdrawal form.

    ONLINE: Request a home collection or take your parcel to a drop-off point.
    IN STORE: Go to your nearest store (except El Corte Inglés) with the item and your order number.
    Online orders can only be exchanged or returned if they were placed on our website. To exchange or return a purchase made in one of our stores, you will need to visit a store.

  • SHIPPING COSTS

    The cost of this service will be deducted from your refund:

    _ Mainland Spain: 4,95€ (home collection) / 2,95€ (drop-off point).

    _ Balearic Islands: 8,95€ (home collection) / 7,95€ (drop-off point).

    _ Portugal: 6,50€ (drop-off point).

  • CHECK YOUR RETURN STATUS

    _ You can check the status of your return in your account, under "RETURNS".

  • SPECIAL CONDITIONS

    _ Bikinis and swimsuits must be returned with the hygiene seal intact.

    _ Exchanges within mainland Spain are free. In the Balearic Islands they cost 6,95€.

  • REFUND

    ONLINE RETURNS:
    Choose how you would like to receive your money:

    1. Original payment method: refunded directly to your card or PayPal account.
    2. Bank transfer: simply give us your bank details.
    3. Store credit: a voucher for the full amount to use on your next online purchase.

    Your refund is processed once the item has been checked at our warehouse (approx. 7 working days). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it has been issued.
    IN-STORE RETURNS
    Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days, once the condition of the items has been checked.
