Exchanges and Returns

We want you to fully enjoy your choice. If you need to make an exchange or return, you can do so easily and quickly.

HOW DO YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

ONLINEIN STORE

  • TERMS

    • You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
    • Garments must be in perfect condition, with original tags, and accompanied by the order form.
    • For shipments, make sure to use the original packaging.

      -Online:       Request home pickup or delivery to a drop-off point.
      -In-store: Go to your nearest store (except El Corte Inglés) with the garment and order number.
      Online orders can only be exchanged or returned if they were placed on our website. If you wish to exchange or return a purchase made in our physical stores, you will need to go to the store.

  • SHIPPING COSTS

    The cost of the service will be deducted from your refund amount:

    • Peninsular Spain: €4.95 (home delivery) / €2.95 (drop-off point).
    • Balearic Islands: €8.95 (home delivery) / €7.95 (drop-off point).
    • Portugal: €6.50 (drop-off point).
    • Other destinations: [Check the price list here].

  • CHECK REFUND STATUS

    • You can check the return status in the private area under "RETURNS"

  • SPECIAL CONDITIONS

    • Bikinis and swimsuits must keep the hygiene seal intact.
    • It is not possible to return a garment that has previously been exchanged.

  • REFUND

    -Online return:
    Choose how you want to receive your money:

    1. Original payment method: Direct credit to your card or PayPal account.
    2. Bank transfer: By providing your bank details.
    3. Store credit: A voucher for the total amount for your next online purchase.

    The refund is processed after the item is validated in the warehouse (approx. 7 business days). You will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued.
    -In-store return:
    Returns are processed within a maximum of 14 days after the condition of the garments has been checked.

    In-store returns are free at the following addresses:

    • Seville: C/ Rioja 25.

    • Barcelona: L'illa Diagonal.
    • Cordoba: Gran Capitán 2.
    • Vigo: Príncipe 5.
    • Oviedo: Milicias Nacionales 4.
