In-store exchanges and returns

In-store returns are free of charge, whether you purchased from our website or one of our own stores.

To make a return, go to your nearest store (except El Corte Inglés) with the garment and the order number / receipt.

It is currently not possible to exchange an item for another in-store if the order was placed on our website. To make an exchange, you will need to do so online using the following link: https://returns.reveni.io/renatta-go
