Shipping and returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to return it. For orders placed between 11/20/2023 and 12/10/2023, the return period is extended until 01/10/2024. Purchases at El Corte Inglés do not have an extended return period.

To return one or more items, they must retain all labels and be in perfect condition, in addition to being accompanied by the sheet with the order number that comes inside the package. In case of shipping, they will need to be properly packaged in the original packaging.

For bikinis and swimsuits, it is essential that the garments are in perfect condition, without having been worn, as well as that they keep the seal sticker intact.

How to request a refund?

With delivery to the renatta&go store (except El Corte Inglés):

Go to the nearest store with the garments you want to return and the sheet containing the order number that came in the shipping package.

With messenger on your own:

Put the garments and the sheet containing the order number and the buyer's name in the original packaging. Send your package through any courier company, making sure that the package is well sealed to the following address: Arzano, SL, C/ del Vidrio 12, 28918, Leganés, Madrid, SPAIN. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

With courier to your home or delivery at a drop off point:

Depending on the country, you can request a home collection or a label to deposit it at a delivery point (drop off). To request your return, clickhere .

If the collection address is different from the shipping address, you must indicate this in the application form. The service has a cost of €4.95 (home delivery) or €2.95 (drop off point) in the peninsula and €7.50 (home delivery) or €6.50 (drop off point) in the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted of the refund amount.

To manage an exchange, you must return your order in a physical store or through our Returns section (in the menu), and make a new purchase. We have reduced refund times so that this is not an inconvenience. We are working to improve our processes

At renattandgo.com we offer two types of refunds: instant refund to checking account, and refund to the same payment method.

The refund period will depend on the return and refund methods chosen.

If you choose instant refund, you will receive your refund between the next 6 seconds and a maximum of 24 hours.

If you choose a refund using the same payment method, it may take up to 7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

If you return to the store, the refund of the order will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the products and verification of their good condition. After processing the refund, the amount may take time to be reflected in your bank account, normally between 24 hours and 7 business days, depending on your bank.
