Exchanges and Returns

We want you to fully enjoy your choice. If you need to make an exchange or return, you can do so easily and quickly.

HOW DO YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

ONLINEIN STORE

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation here.

  • TERMS

    _ You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order.

    _ Garments must be in perfect condition, with original tags and accompanied by the order form.

    _ For shipments, make sure to use the original packaging.

    ONLINE: Request home collection or delivery to a drop-off point.
    IN STORE: Go to your nearest store (except El Corte Inglés) with the garment and order number.
    Only online orders placed on our website can be exchanged or returned. If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased in our physical stores, you will need to go to the store itself.

  • SHIPPING COSTS

    The cost of the service will be deducted from your refund amount:

    _ Mainland Spain: €4.95 (home delivery) / €2.95 (drop-off point).

    _ Balearic Islands: €8.95 (home delivery) / €7.95 (drop-off point).

    _ Portugal: €6.50 (drop-off point).

    _ Other destinations: [See price list here].

  • CHECK REFUND STATUS

    _ You can check the return status within the private area under "RETURNS"

  • SPECIAL CONDITIONS

    _ Bikinis and swimsuits must keep the hygiene seal intact.

    _ Exchanges within mainland Spain are free. In the Balearic Islands the cost is 6.95.

  • REFUND

    ONLINE RETURN:
    Choose how you want to receive your money:

    1. Original payment method: Direct credit to your card or PayPal account.
    2. Bank transfer: By providing your bank details.
    3. Store credit: A voucher for the full amount for your next online purchase.

    The refund is processed after the item is validated in the warehouse (approx. 7 business days). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is issued.
    IN-STORE RETURN
    This is carried out within a maximum of 14 days after checking the condition of the garments.

    _ Barcelona: CC. L'illa Diagonal.

    _ Cordoba: C/ Gran Capitán 2.

    _ Vigo: C/ Príncipe 5.

    _ Oviedo: C/ Milicias Nacionales 4.
