HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the product/s have been received, renattandgo will verify that they are in good condition, and if so, will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR MY RETURN?

Depending on the type of return:

If you make your return in store, the return is free (keep in mind that for legal reasons, we cannot accept returns online at El Corte Inglés Stores).

If you have to make the return by sending it to our warehouse, the shipping costs will be borne by the sender.

In case you request the return to your home, the cost will be equal to the shipping cost:

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN?

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item, except during the Christmas period, extending the return period for purchases between November 20 and December 25 until January 8 ( the specific dates for each year will be indicated at the top of the website while the period lasts).

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have three ways:

a) Bringing the product and the return form with its code to a renatta&go store (for legal reasons, in El Corte Inglés stores we cannot accept returns online).

b) Sending it to our online store.

Put the garments and the return form in their original packaging or one of similar quality and send it to the following address. For your safety, we advise you to send it by certified mail to:

c) Requesting the return below, we indicate how to proceed in both cases.

If you are a registered customer, log in and within "My Account", access the "My Orders" section. By clicking on "return", you can request a return to your home address. Find your order, select the items to return, fill in the reason for your return and click "Request return". Once requested, you only have to select a time slot for the collection and follow the instructions that we will send you by e-mail.

If you made your purchase as a guest, you can request it here.

The garments to be returned, except tare, must be in perfect condition, unused and must be accompanied both for shipping and for delivery to the store of the return form, filled in with the return code and marking the items you are returning.

CAN I USE A STORE VOUCHER ON THE WEB?

No, changes in the store can only be made for other store products since the exchange and return policies are different.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can make your payments by bank card or Paypal.

HOW CAN I KNOW IF I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once your order is finished, you will receive a confirmation email with its details so you can check that everything is correct.

If you did not receive it, it is possible that you have not entered your email correctly. If this is the case, we advise you to contact us through customerservice@renattandgo.com indicating the amount, time and date of the order.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

The discount code must be entered after selecting "check out" in the shopping cart, before making the payment.

HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

When you see a product you like, select the size and click "Add to Cart". Once you have added the products, click on "View Basket". Check that the products in the basket are the ones you want (check the color, size, units...). If so, the steps to complete your purchase are as follows:

  1. Identify yourself:
  • If you have an account enter your email and password
  • If you want to create an account or you are going to buy as a guest, enter your data in the form that appears on the screen, accept the privacy policy and press send.
  • Enter your address, check the data well and select your shipping method.
  • Accept the conditions of sale.
  • Check the order data well, especially the products, the email address and the shipping address. If everything is correct, choose the payment method between Bank Card or PayPal. From here you will be redirected to the payment platform.

When the payment is finished, we will confirm the correct completion of the purchase through the email noreply@renattandgo.com.

You have two options. Enter the "Login" section that is in the upper right corner of the web with your email and password. Within "My Account", in the "Personal Data" section you can easily unsubscribe by unchecking the "Subscribe to our newsletter" box.

You can also unsubscribe from the last email you received, by clicking on the link at the bottom of it that says "unsubscribe".

I DO NOT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD If you have forgotten your password, go to the upper right area of the online store, click on «Login» and click on "Forgot your password?". You will receive an email with a link to enter your new password.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT THE NEWS AND OFFERS OF renatta&go?

By registering for our newsletter we will notify you of promotions, news, openings... and of course we will inspire you with the best looks and a few recipes.

You have two ways to subscribe to our newsletter, clicking "Login" at the top right of the online store, then selecting "I want to create an account" and when you create it, checking the "Subscribe to the newsletter" box.

Another option, if you do not want to give your personal data, is to just leave us your email at the bottom of the main page (the home page) in the "Subscription to the newsletter" section.

WHERE I CAN GET MY ORDER?

We currently ship to Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal (peninsula), Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands (except the Dutch Caribbean), the United Kingdom and Switzerland. You can also make a purchase from any other country, as long as the delivery is made in one of the places on the list above.

You can choose between a postal address, a post office or one of our stores enabled for collection.

CAN I KNOW WHEN AN OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT WILL RETURN?

Yes! You just have to enter the product, select the out of stock size and click on "Notify me when it is available again", a small window will open where you can enter your email so that the system automatically notifies you as soon as it detects a replenishment of stock.

CAN THERE BE VARIATIONS BETWEEN THE PHOTO AND THE PRODUCT?

We take the photos taking into account that the color is as similar as possible to the product in reality, however, you must bear in mind that the configuration of each screen can affect the colors with which it is displayed.

In relation to handcrafted products (generally accessories), keep in mind that the products may present variations in the finish. In the description of it, you will find the indication that it is a handmade product.
