You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel to return or exchange items.

To return or exchange one or more items, they must have all their tags attached, be in perfect condition and be accompanied by the slip showing your order number that came in the parcel. If you are sending items back, they must be properly packed in their original packaging.

Bikinis and swimsuits must be in perfect condition and unworn, with the hygiene seal intact.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

In a renatta&go store (except El Corte Inglés):
Take the items you want to return to your nearest store, together with the slip showing your order number that came in your parcel.

Courier collection from your home or drop-off at a collection point:
Depending on the country, you can request a home collection or a label to take your parcel to a drop-off point. To request your return, click here.

If the collection address is different from the delivery address, please state this on the request form. The service costs 4,95€ (home collection) or 2,95€ (drop-off point) in mainland Spain and 8,95€ (home collection) or 7,95€ (drop-off point) in the Balearic Islands, and will be deducted from your refund.

Online orders

Once your order has been delivered, you have 30 days to register your exchange request via this link.

Exchanges within mainland Spain are free. In the Balearic Islands they cost 6,95€.

All you need is your order number and email address. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them. A new order number will be generated and your new items will be sent within our usual delivery times.

Orders placed in our stores (except El Corte Inglés)

To exchange an item bought in one of our stores, please visit one of our stores with your receipt and the items you would like to exchange or return, and we will process your exchange or return.

Orders placed at El Corte Inglés

As your order was placed at El Corte Inglés, which has its own purchase and returns policies, you will need to visit one of their stores to exchange or return your items.

IMPORTANT: In all cases, please bear in mind before making an exchange that items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned.

When you arrange your return through our website, you can choose one of the following refund options:

1. Refund to your original payment method
The amount will be refunded using the same method you used to pay (card, PayPal, etc.).

2. Bank transfer
The refund will be made by transfer to the bank account you give us.

3. Online store refund code
You can choose to receive a code for the value of your refund to use on future purchases in our online store.

Important information about timings:
In some cases, your refund may be processed quickly or almost immediately after you complete your return request. This depends entirely on the security and validation systems of the payment provider handling the transaction.

If your refund is not processed immediately, it will be processed once the returned item has been received, checked and accepted by our warehouse team.

Once the item has been accepted, it can take up to 7 working days for the amount to reach you, depending on your payment method and bank.

The time it takes for the money to become available may vary depending on the payment system, so we cannot guarantee instant refunds in every case.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

If you return your items in store, your refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of our receiving the items and checking that they are in good condition. Once the refund has been processed, it may take between 24 hours and 7 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.
