You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package for return or exchange.

To return or exchange one or more items, they must have all tags attached and be in perfect condition, and must be accompanied by the order number slip included in the package. If the item was shipped, it must be properly packaged in its original packaging.

For bikinis and swimsuits, it is essential that the garments are in perfect condition, unused, and that the seal sticker remains intact.

IMPORTANT!: Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an item that has already been exchanged.

How do I request a refund?

With in-store pickup at renatta&go (except El Corte Inglés):
Go to the nearest store with the items you want to return and the sheet showing the order number that came inside the shipping package.

With courier to your home or delivery to a convenient point:
Depending on the country, you can request a home collection or a label to drop it off at a collection point. To request your return, clickhere .

If the collection address is different from the delivery address, you must indicate this on the application form. The service costs €4.95 (home delivery) or €2.95 (drop-off point) in mainland Spain and €8.95 (home delivery) or €7.95 (drop-off point) in the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

From the moment your order is delivered, you have 30 days to register your exchange request through this link .

You only need your order number and email address . Items must be in the same condition as when received. Another order number will be generated and shipped within our normal delivery times.

To manage an exchange for an order placed in one of our physical stores, you must go to one of our stores with the purchase receipt and the items you wish to exchange/return, so we can process your exchange/return.

Orders placed at El Corte Inglés

Since this is an order placed at El Corte Inglés, and due to its own purchasing and return policies, you must go to one of its stores to process your exchange/return.

IMPORTANT!: In any case, before making an exchange, please note that it is not possible to return a garment that has been previously exchanged.

When processing your return through the website, you can select one of the following refund options:

1. Refund to the same payment method
The amount will be refunded through the same means used in the purchase (card, PayPal, etc.).

2. Bank transfer
The refund will be made via transfer to the bank account you specify.

3. Refund code for online store
You can choose to receive a code with the value of your refund to use on future purchases in our online store.

Important information regarding deadlines:
In some cases, the refund may be processed quickly or almost immediately after you complete the return request. This depends entirely on the security and validation systems of the transaction company that handles the payment.

When the refund is not processed immediately , it will be processed once the returned item has been received, checked and accepted by our warehouse team.

After this validation, the usual timeframe for the amount to become effective can be up to 7 business days , depending on the payment method and the bank.

The availability time of the amount may vary depending on the payment system processes, so it is not possible to guarantee instant refunds in all cases .

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

If you return an item in-store, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products and verifying their condition. After the refund is processed, it may take some time for the funds to appear in your bank account, typically between 24 hours and 7 business days, depending on your bank.
